BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU DECLARE TO HAVE READ & AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:1. Upfront payment only
• At least 70% of payment must be upfront, but you can pay full price as well.2. Refunds at the request of the client will be accepted ONLY if the artwork has not yet entered final process (lineart or rendering), and will not be done after it is finished;3. I reserve myself the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason, and guarantee to refund 100% of the total amount paid up to the date of cancellation should this ever happen.4. Failure to answer my attempts to get in touch during production may affect timely delivery of the finished product.5. The final artwork will be delivered digitally through whichever other social media were used to communicate during production, in original quality and resolution, and only after the full price has been paid.6. As the artist, I hold reproduction & distribution rights and therefore may use digital or physical copies of the product for self-promotional or indirect lucrative purposes, immediately after finishing production or in the future, unless you make it clear beforehand that I should not do this.7. After the final product is delivered, you may use it and edit it as you wish, granted you:• Credit me for the original artwork;
• Do not remove or crop any of my signatures and/or watermarks;
• Do not sell the product or use it for any direct lucrative purposes unless I have agreed to this beforehand. This includes selling prints, clothing, stickers, making the product into a "non-fungible token", etc. You may still use it for any personal purposes tho!If you have any questions or concerns regarding my ToS, don't be afraid to get in touch so we may discuss it!
